I do tend to use the word "love" a lot. However, I think it gets the message across better than "appreciated". Whilst I'm aware it can be misinterpreted as "romantic love" by most people. I do not have any clear definitions for the way I use "love" but I use it in many ways - similar to the way the Greeks and Roman Catholics identify different types of love: Eros, , Agape, Storge, Phillia, Philautia (self-love) - an important one for us Auties imho and so on.
